Welcome kits

Refugee families arrive in Tulsa with next to nothing, ready to start their new lives. Help them rebuild by putting together a Welcome Kit that will provides them with the essentials to restart their lives with hope and dignity.

HOW TO CREATE A WELCOME KIT

  1. Select a welcome kit category.

  2. Collect or purchase all items from the list.

  3. Pack the items in a sturdy box or clear plastic bin with a lid. Oversized items can be included separately. Label the lid and the sides of the container with the Welcome Kit name.

  4. Please include only items in good condition or NEW items where indicated with an asterisk.

  5. Include an encouraging handwritten note to welcome the family to Tulsa!

  6. Contact Rising Village to drop off your Welcome Kit.
